Gretchen and Z - Adopted Zosia (Zo)

Adopting a pup from CT Aussies was the best decision of my life. I am so grateful to have this dog in my life. She is the perfect balance of lover and adventure dog. You can find us running up the White Mountains (NH) or mountain biking together and living our best lives doing so. Zo is off leash 98% of the time because she’s just that trainable and awesome. She is a brilliant dog; she’s incredibly emotionally intelligent… like a good shepherd! She’s also great with my partner’s daughter and brings the BEST energy to every dog interaction. She loves socializing with other dogs, and I’ve even seen her befriend dogs who are scared of other dogs because she’s just that chill and friendly. She loves to play.

Plus, Rachel and CJ were so wonderful to interact with— it’s very clear that they care deeply about these pups living a great life, from the food they feed the puppies to giving them the right homes. I might just get another one when the time is right!
